    • All Airbnb guests must have their personal identification verified through Airbnb.
    • We ensure that guests already have high reviews from previous Airbnb stays.

    • We install two motion-sensor security cameras on the exterior of all properties. We’re alerted when there’s activity and a video clip is automatically recorded.
    • Where needed, we install noise monitors in the home as an additional precaution.
    • After each guest leaves, the house is thoroughly inspected and cleaned.
    • We also hire lawn maintenance and snow removal to ensure the exterior of your property is properly maintained.
  • Every property registered on Airbnb is covered up to $1M of damage and $1M of liability. We’ll manage this process entirely in the unlikely event of any damage or issues.
  • Any damage caused by guests that’s not covered by Airbnb will be covered by us.
  • Yes. As the property owner, you’ll receive your monthly rent regardless of our occupancy rate.
  • We have extensive knowledge in marketing, price optimization and short term rental management. This has allowed us to build a diversified real estate portfolio with high profit margins. Our ability to pay monthly rent to clients is not dependent on the profitability of your property on Airbnb.
  • Yes. In addition to our unique long-term-tenant model, we also offer full-service Airbnb management, joint-venture partnerships, direct investing into our growing company and other custom arrangements.
